1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using a qikfox product, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

2. The products

These terms cover qikfox Search, qikfox Safe Browser, qikfox Antivirus and qikfox VPN. Some products or features are available only on certain platforms; availability is described on each product page.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the products for their intended purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law permits it, or remove proprietary notices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use qikfox products to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• attack, overload or interfere with any network or service, including ours;
• distribute malware, conduct fraud, or send unsolicited bulk messages;
• circumvent usage limits, or share credentials beyond what your plan permits.

We may suspend access where use of a product causes harm or breaches these terms.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically for the term you selected unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices, billing periods, trial terms and refund conditions are shown at purchase. Insert your specific pricing, renewal and refund terms here, including any statutory withdrawal period.

7. No guarantee of complete protection

Security software reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. New threats appear continuously and no product detects all of them. qikfox does not warrant that a product will identify every deceptive page, malicious file or network attack, and a VPN does not make you anonymous to services you sign in to.

8. Third-party content

The products let you reach content and services we do not control. We are not responsible for that content, and links or search results are not endorsements.

9. Changes to the products

We may add, change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality on a paid plan, we will tell you and describe the options available.

10. Intellectual property

qikfox and its logos are our marks. Open-source components in our products remain under their own licences, which we make available with the software.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the products are provided as is and our liability is limited as set out in this section. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply to you regardless of these terms. Insert your jurisdiction-specific limitation language here.

12. Termination

You may stop using the products at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, or where required by law.
