Transparency
What we publish, and why
A company that holds data about people should be able to say what happens when someone asks for it. This page sets out our commitments on reporting. Published reports, once available, are listed here.
Our commitments
Handle requests through a defined process
Requests for user data are reviewed against the law that applies and the data we actually hold.
Narrow the response
Where a request is broader than the law requires, we push back on scope.
Notify where permitted
We notify affected users where we are legally allowed to do so.
Report in aggregate
Our reporting describes categories and counts rather than identifiable detail.
Publish on a schedule
Reporting is periodic rather than issued in response to news coverage.
Say what we cannot say
Where a legal restriction prevents disclosure, we state that a restriction exists.
Published reports
Reports are added here as they are released.
No transparency report has been published yet. When the first reporting period closes, the report will be linked from this page and announced in the newsroom.
