Report an issue, and follow what we fix
This is the working page for security: how to report a vulnerability, what we do when we receive one, and where fixed issues are published.
Reporting a vulnerability
1. Read the scope
The responsible disclosure policy lists which products and services are in scope and what is excluded.
2. Send the details
Include the product and version, the steps to reproduce, and the impact you believe it has.
3. Give us time
We acknowledge reports and keep you updated while we investigate and prepare a fix.
4. Coordinate publication
We agree timing with you before publishing an advisory that credits your report.
Published advisories
Advisories are published once a fix is available to users.
No advisories have been published yet. When one is, it will appear here with the affected product versions, the fixed version, and the credit for the report.
For qikfox users
The single most effective thing you can do is keep your qikfox products updated - security fixes reach you through the normal update channel. Product pages list how each one updates.
If you think your account has been misused rather than the software attacked, the Help Center has the recovery steps, and the contact page lists the support route.
